How do I decide which 3D Lipo treatment would be best for me?
During consultation, we talk you through your options so that we can help you make an informed decision. Every client has concerns that are unique, so this way we can work together to come up with a tailored treatment plan together.
I feel nervous about coming in for a consultation, what will happen?
At Eliminer, our aim is to make you feel comfortable with every step of the process. Consultations are a part of that process, and you have the chance to meet us before deciding if you’d like to go ahead with treatment. On the day of your appointment, we will discuss your concerns, explain the treatment options available and answer all of your questions. We promise not to ask you to uncover the area during your initial visit, unless you’d like to show us, in which case you might leave with pen marks all over you!
Do 3D Lipo treatments hurt?

How long does it take to recover after 3D Lipo treatment?
Our non-surgical treatments have zero healing time afterwards. Therefore, our clients are able to resume their lifestyles with minimal interference. Further aftercare information to be found for each specific treatment here.

How discreet are the treatments?
Many of our clients choose to keep their treatments private - even from their partners, to keep the mystery alive! For that reason you’ll be glad to know that we are located within a building that houses other businesses, all using the same entrance. From the street, no one would know which business you are here to visit. Our card reader will show on your bank statement as 'Eliminer'.
Do you offer surgical options?
No. Our treatments are purely non-surgical to provide a painless alternative to liposuction, tummy tuck, body lift or facial lifting surgery.
Do you offer breast reduction?
One of our most popular treatments is the male chest area. However due to the treatments targeting fat cells as opposed to breast and mammary tissue, we cannot treat female clients to achieve the same effect.
What are the medical contraindications that might prevent me from having a 3D Lipo non-surgical fat loss or body sculpting treatment?
Your safety, health and well-being is our priority. There are some medical conditions and past medical history which will mean that you can't have treatment. This is for your benefit and is a responsibility we take very seriously. Some of the main contra-indications are shown below, but there may be other reasons why treatment may not go ahead. Before any initial treatment, we always start with a medical questionnaire. Please remember that treatment is not guaranteed.

Is car parking available?
Due to changes with the shared building, we regret that we no longer offer car parking spaces on the premises. North Place Car Park GL50 4DW is the closest and most convenient, with it being located directly behind the building. This car park accepts mobile payments using the App only. Please see treatment duration times below to help you plan your stay.

How soon after surgery do I need to wait before 3D Lipo treatment?
We adhere strictly to a 6 month recovery time after all surgery. It is essential that your body has time to fully recover from anaesthetic, surgical procedures and full recovery. In some cases we may ask for a letter of permission from your GP or surgeon. Non-surgical treatments rely on the immune system to process the result; but the immune system is compromised while healing the body after an operation. Laser eye surgery is the only exception, adhering to a 6 week healing period.
How soon after pregnancy and giving birth can I be treated?
We understand that a high percentage of our clients are mothers who want to recover their figure. We can start treatment 6 weeks after a natural, uncomplicated birth, and baby is no longer being breast fed. We also adhere to a 12 week recovery time for caesarian-section deliveries, providing we have conducted a preliminary assessment consultation.
What is the minimum age for 3D Lipo treatment?
The minimum age for anyone to have treatment is 18 years. Please note that we never treat anyone under the age of 18, even with consent from a parent or guardian.
Accessibility
Is Eliminer accessible by wheelchair?
Unfortunately it isn't possible to access our clinic by wheelchair due to our lower floor level premises.
Cancellations and late arrival
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
We regret that we will be unable to proceed with your treatment and a new appointment will be rescheduled instead. However we will charge you 50% of the treatment fee for the appointment if you were unable to arrive on time. To avoid this happening please make sure you leave plenty of time for your journey in to Cheltenham and for time to park. This is especially important during the mid-week morning and late afternoon rush hour periods.
How much notice do I have to provide if I need to cancel my appointment at Eliminer?
We require just 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% short notice cancellation fee. This will be added to the price charged for your next treatment.
My child minder has cancelled - am I allowed to bring my children along with me?
Unfortunately not. Due to health and safety criteria our treatment space is not suitable for children.
